It refuses to go away...

The 'red eye' virus has spread to my left eye too. POUTS.
Imagine how hideous I am right now?
Two swollen eyes..
Seemingly a BIG GOLDFISH.
Utterly ugly.

I was unable to turn up for work again.
Slept through the day.
Woke up with 'GOLDFISH' eyes.
And I have to wear sunglasses at home.
Due to my 'red eye', I am not allowed to come to eye contact with all my family members.
Sad case.
Everyone treated me as if I have some sort of terminal and contagious disease.
Or rather I'm the plague for now.

Moreover, lunch was bought by Mummy.
Sliced Fish Porridge!!!
But I simply have no appetite for it.
Took a few mouthfuls and that's it.
Told Mama I will save it for later. LOL.
Gosh!! Don't know what's happening to me.

Hope it gets better by tonight.
Then, tomorrow I'll be abe to go work and school.

Some Health Tips!!

~ Do not bath in the morning, will cause more moisture and humid trap in body

~ After bathing, must always die die dry your body with a towel and rub your whole body with it. Make sure there is heat produced so that moisture and humid trap in the body can be released

~ Dry your hair before going to bed, prevent bad hair day and bad headache

~ Do not drink water at night, especially one to two hours before u sleep. This is to prevent water retention

~ Do not drink water, cold drinks, fruit juice (basically don't drink anything) right after your meal, it will cause your stomach to be bloated

~ Drink lots of water in the day, make sure u visit the toliet more. So that ur kidney will not be spoilt. Not enough water to filter ur toxic will make them stay in ur kidney.

~ Exercise three times a week~ Don't bath after you have eaten. Wait after two hours. To prevent stomach from getting bloated

~ Kiwi helps in digestion the most!

~ Walk to interchange! Public Transport sucks! Opps. No la.. walk more.. exercise and save money

~ Eat Vegetarian food (No Frying & Breaded ones!!) once a week

~ No supper!

~ Do not eat hotdog! No more processed food! Eat Raw food better!

~ Don't drink beer, drink red wine~ Have a 3-day detox plan
